Questions partners ask before joining
How much can I earn as a Miles cab partner?
Your earnings depend on your vehicle class and how many trips you accept. You are paid on the tariff you agreed with us, in full, by weekly NEFT transfer — no hidden deductions, no bidding.
What documents do I need to become a partner?
Your vehicle registration (RC), a valid commercial permit, driving licence, insurance, PAN and a bank account for payouts. Apply first; bring the documents to a short verification visit afterwards.
Do I have to accept every trip that is offered?
No. Each trip is offered with a 20-minute window. Accept or pass with no penalty and no rating impact. If you pass, the trip moves automatically to the next available partner.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts are made every week by NEFT into the bank account you register, at the tariff you agreed. Every payout carries an in-app statement.
Is there any joining fee?
No. Registering as a Miles Tours & Travels partner is free. You only need an eligible vehicle, valid documents and a bank account.
