• KM and time are calculated from office to office (Borivali). One calendar day ends at 00:00 hrs; trips extending past midnight are billed as the next day.
• For local packages, extra km & extra hour charges apply beyond the included limits.
• Airport Transfer is the 4 hrs / 40 km package. The price shown covers up to 4 hours and 40 km; every kilometre beyond 40 is billed at that vehicle’s Extra KM rate, and time beyond 4 hours at its Extra Hr rate. Example: a Swift Dzire airport run of 55 km bills ₹1,500 + 15 km × ₹15 = ₹1,725.
• Outstation trips: Minimum 300 km per day. A one-way trip is billed on the return distance (your one-way distance doubled, minimum 300 km) because the driver returns empty. A 20% one-way discount then applies to the vehicle fare (base + extra km, not the driver allowance) for eligible vehicles.
• Driver allowance is charged on every outstation trip: one day for each day of a round trip, and one day on a one-way trip.
• Early morning pickup (before 6:00 AM) and late night drop (after 10:00 PM) surcharges apply to every trip type — local, airport and outstation, one-way included. The late-night fee is charged once per trip even when both the pickup and the drop fall after 10:00 PM.
• Toll, parking, and state border permit charges are to be paid extra as per actuals. They are not part of the fare shown; you pay only the actual amounts.
• Goods left in the vehicle are the passenger's responsibility. Miles Tours & Travels will not be liable for any loss or theft.
• We may provide an upgraded vehicle at no extra cost if the booked category is unavailable. Subject to availability.
