Yes. Airport pickups and drops for executives and visiting clients are a core part of our per-trip business service — covering both international (T2) and domestic (T1) terminals at CSIA, with flight tracking and a name-placard meet-and-greet.
Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup are fully refunded. Within 12–24 hours a 25% fee applies. Within 12 hours a 50% fee applies. No-shows are charged in full.
