Frequently asked questions

How long does booking confirmation take?
Once you submit the form, our team confirms your booking within 4 working hours over WhatsApp. The confirmation message includes your booking ID, vehicle and final fare. Driver name and phone are shared 2 hours before pickup. No advance payment is needed to get a confirmation.
Do I need to pay anything to book?
No advance is required — you can book completely free. If you wish, you can optionally pay 5%, 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% online via Razorpay (UPI, cards or net banking) to digitally secure your slot. The remaining balance is collected by the driver at the start of the trip in cash or UPI.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancellations made more than 2 hours before pickup are fully refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup forfeit the driver allowance. Pickup time, location, vehicle type and itinerary can also be changed up to 2 hours before the trip via WhatsApp or by calling +91 88790 99744.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The fare quoted on this page is all-inclusive of vehicle rental and driver allowance. Toll, parking and state border permits are passed through at actuals and shown as separate line items on the final invoice. We never add booking fees, convenience charges or surge pricing.
What is included in the fare?
The quoted fare covers the vehicle, fuel, a professional chauffeur and applicable driver allowance for multi-day trips. Toll, parking and inter-state permits are charged at actuals on the invoice. Card payments via Razorpay payment link incur a 2.5% gateway fee; UPI and net banking are free.
